ObserveOne added a new $7 Starter tier this month and retired Business from new sales. Both changes come from the same rework: every quota on the pricing page now matches what the product actually enforces, so there's no gap between what we promise and what you get.
Update, August 2026: Starter now includes Autopilot#
Starter originally shipped without AI verification runs. We described that as deliberate. It was a mistake: the free plan carried 20 Autopilot runs a month, so paying $7 bought strictly less than paying nothing. Nobody caught it because each place the zero was written down explained why it was intentional, and nothing ever compared one tier against the one below it.
Starter now carries 25 AI verifications a month across 3 saved checks, on top of its 25 monitors checked every 5 minutes. The free plan moves to 10 verifications and 1 saved check, which is enough to see what Autopilot does on your own site before deciding it is worth paying for. We also added a per plan cap on how many tests one check can generate, because generation is the part that actually costs us money.
Every paid tier now beats every cheaper tier on every number, and there is a check in CI that fails the build if that ever stops being true.
Starter: close monitoring for one site#
Starter costs $7 a month ($6 billed annually) for 25 monitors checked every 5 minutes, plus enough Autopilot headroom to keep a real user journey verified. It suits side projects and personal sites. Essential is the next step up when you need more Autopilot runs, more saved checks, or faster check intervals.

One set of numbers, everywhere#
The quotas above aren't a marketing estimate. If the pricing page says 80 AI verifications a month on Essential, that's the same number the account hits when it tries to run more. The page and the product read from the same source, so they can't drift apart.
Business: retired from sale, not from your account#
Business is no longer available to new signups and doesn't appear as an option on the pricing page. If you're already on Business, nothing changes: existing customers keep their current plan and limits.
Limitations#
- Small Team is the top plan: 500 monitors and 200 AI verifications a month is the ceiling on any marketed tier right now.
- Check intervals are still tier-gated. Small Team's 30-second interval is the fastest available; no plan offers anything faster.
